摘要
针对中小企业继续教育发展现状,对义乌部分中小企业进行了实地调查。研究结果表明,中小企业员工接受继续教育的意愿受婚姻状况、教育程度、月收入、工作状况、对继续教育了解度、企业支持力度、继续教育综合价值以及继续教育学习模式等因素的影响而差别显著;提出了中小企业员工在接受继续教育问题上要建立"心理契约",并要发挥行业协会在中小企业继续教育中的行政职能和教育职能的建议。
Based on the status quo of the continuing education in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), this study analyzes major factors influencing employees' wishes of receiving continuing education in SMEs of Yiwu by model analysis. The results show that employees' wishes to receive continuing education in SMEs are influenced by marital status, education background, monthly income, working condition, understanding of continuing education, support from enterprises, comprehensive value of continuing education and the study mode of continuing education. Finally, the paper poses suggestions to establish Psychological Contract on employees' continuing education in SMEs and the guilds should play its executive and educational role in employees' continuing education in SMEs.
