By taking example of the delivery of pension fund in the public finance, this paper analyzes the business collaboration workflow case study and establishes the corresponding business collaborative service model. We also illustrate the design and implement of the governmental business collaborative service model. This research is significant to firstly solve the cross - regional, inter - departmental and variable flow of governmental business synergy in Fujian Province. And it is of great significance to improve service model and level.
