摘要
企业社会责任问题越来越受到人们的高度重视,企业应重新对其绩效评价目标进行定位,将企业价值与社会价值结合起来,并理解绩效评价指标,明确企业绩效管理的实现方式,实现企业总体价值最大化。企业社会责任的承担最终将有利于企业长期经济利益的实现。
Corporate social responsibility are attached great importance by people, more and more., then Corporate should repositioned for aim of performance evaluation and band together between Enterprise Value and Society Value , Setting in effect with index of performance estimate , defintude carry out manner with corporate performance of management to got overall enterprise value maximization. Corporate social responsibility should be the ultimate business - friendly longterm economic interests.
