改革开放以来,各级党委和政府高度重视"三农"工作,不断加大"三农"工作力度,扎实推进社会主义新农村建设,"三农"工作取得重大发展。但"三农"发展中也存在许多突出问题,因此应积极探索"三农"发展规律,展望"三农"未来发展趋势并提出对策建议。

Since the reform and opening - up, Party committees and governments at all levels are highly serious about the work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers and constantly identify the work to push on the construction of a new socialist countryside so that the work has registered significant progress. Meanwhile for the exiting problems, it is necessary to discover its development law and future trend to put forward the advices.
