基于博弈论的大遗址保护区政府与居民搬迁行为分析

目的分析政府和大遗址保护区域居民之间的博弈关系,确定达到纳什均衡状态的策略。方法运用博弈论,建立大遗址保护区居民搬迁行为博弈模型进行分析。结果在理性人假设前提下,政府和保护区居民之间的博弈将最终达到纳什均衡状态。结论在既定搬迁目标下,政府可以通过补偿安置和就地安置等措施,促使居民自愿、积极配合搬迁。

Aim By analyzing of game-theory relations between government and people in Great Site, to make sure it can achieve Nash equilibrium. Methods Game theory, establish Great Site residents＇relocation behavior game model. Results Under the assumption of rational person, government and the residents in Great Site reserves will eventually achieving Nash equilibrium. Conclusion With the fixed targets, government can make people move of their own accord and actively cooperate by compensation and resettlement and measures.
