摘要
目的:考察生涯控制点量表(Career Locus of Control,CLOC)中文版在大学生中使用的信度和效度。方法:对5所大学736名在校大学生试测CLOC中文版,将被试随机平均分为两组,对一组的测试结果进行探索性因素分析以得出量表的结构,使用另外一组的测试结果进行验证性因素分析以测量量表结构的稳定性。结果:探索性因素分析形成3个因子,可解释总方差的48.30%。验证性因素分析表明3因子模型优于4因子模型。3个因子的拟合指标为χ2/df=2.396、CFI=0.96、NNFI=0.96、RMSEA=0.064。三个因子的Cronbach α系数分别为0.73,0.80,0.84。结论:CLOC中文版具有比较好的内部一致性信度和结构效度,可以用于大学生生涯发展研究。
Objective: To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Career Locus of Control (CLOC) used in university students. Methods: 736 students from 5 universities were administrated Chinese version of CLOC. All students were randomly split into two samples with equal size. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was conducted to obtain the structure of CLOC with one sample and then the stability of the new structure was examined by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with another sample. Results: (1)EFA extracted three factors which explained 48.31% of the whole variance. (2)CFA analysis indicted that the three-factor model represented the data better than the four-factor model. (3) Cronbaeh's alphas for three factors were 0.73,0.80, 0.84 respectively. Conclusion: The results indicates that the Chinese version of CLOC has good internal reliability and construct validity and could be used among Chinese university students.
