摘要
工制备流行性出血热病毒免疫复合物(EHFV-IC),用分离之正常人中性粒细胞(NPL)作吞噬试验,双标记免疫荧光染色表明,NPL吞噬免疫复合物百分率可达100%。体外将IC与正常人NPL共同孵育20min后,用化学发光法(CL)检测NPL功能,发现NPL对调理的酵母多糖(OZ)的应答能力明显下降,并与所加IC的浓度呈负相关。说明EHFV-IC可被NPL吞噬,同时造成NPL功能受损。
Artificial EHFV-IC were mixed with the normal isolated human NPL, and the phagocytic reaction was examined. The results showed that: ① All of the NPL had phagocytosed these IC with double staining immunof luorescent assay. ② The reactivity of NPL phagocytosed EHFV-IC to OZ was decresed markedly by chemiluminescent assay, and was reversely proportional to the concentration of IC. It suggests that EHFV-IC may be phagocytosed and this may impair the function of NPL.
