摘要
以设计出环境友好的产品为目标,将生态设计策略映射到AT&T环境影响评估矩阵的各项指标上,提出了一种产品生态设计方法.介绍了如何将此种方法应用于产品设计概念提出的过程中,并以手动式封杯机的设计为例,展示该方法应用在具体产品设计中的优点.该方法通过对环境影响评估矩阵的应用,使生态设计策略得到归类与细化,并能估算各条生态设计策略对不同产品的重要程度,从而更加有针对性地指导设计.
By taking designing environment-friendly products as the objective, a new method of product ECO-design was proposed, which mapped ECO-design strategies (SEDs) to environmental assessments (EA). The way how to apply this method to the process of the initiation of product design concept was presented and by taking a manual capping machine as an instance, the advantages of this method in specific product design was demonstrated. By adopting the matrix of EA, the SEDs were better classified and refined. And according to importance degree of every SED on different products, special guidance design could be achieved.
