摘要
目的:探讨神经电生理学检测对面神经炎(双称Bell麻痹)的诊断价值。方法:对75例面神经炎患者主要施行了瞬目反射(Blink-Reflex)和强度-时间曲线测定。结果:瞬目反射(Blink-Reflex)测定和强度-时间曲线测定在疾病的不同时期可有电生理的异常特征。结论:瞬目反射(Blink-Reflex)测定和强度-时间曲线测定有助于疾病的诊断及预后的判断。
Objective： To explore diagnostic value on electroneurophysiological examination in facial nerve palsy. Methods ：75 patients with facial nerve palsy were tested with Blink -reflex and Strength - Duration curve. Results ： All the patients have abnormal electroneurophysiological result in Blink - Reflex and Strength - Duration Curve . Conclusion：Electroneuropbysiologic tests may be helpful in diagnosis of disease and judgemerut of prognosis.
