信息化绩效的测评应科学、完整地反映信息化在经济、社会的宏观、中观、微观不同层次和各层次中的直接、间接功能发挥的状况,做到宏观、中观、微观及直接、间接绩效评估的有机结合。
Performance measurement of informationization should scientifically and completely reflect situation of function of informationization in various levels of macro, medium and micro society and situation of direct and indirect function of informationization in all levels, making organic combination between macro, medium and micro performance evaluation and direct, indirect one.
