刍议政治哲学与管理哲学的关系

On the Relation between Political Philosophy and Management Philosophy

伴随时代发展和管理学科的逐步成熟,在管理与政治平分秋色的现代社会,政治以其突出的控制本色,管理以其鲜明的协作实质,彼此独立而又相互渗透。由于哲学经久不衰的长寿秘诀是能够对不同对象进行反思,所以植根于政治与管理的辩证关系,政治哲学围绕人与人关系的控制性质,对"为何控制"和"怎样控制"的根本问题进行哲学反思;管理哲学围绕人与人直接的协作性质,对"为何协作"和"怎样协作"的根本问题进行哲学反思。由于政治与管理亦相互渗透,所以在或控制、或协作的深层根由、价值理念、应然追求的反思之中,政治哲学与管理哲学也相互渗透。

With the maturing of management discipline, politics with its dominating nature and management with its eoUaborative character stand on their own and influence each other in modern society. The reason why philosophy keeps long life is that it can reflect on different objects. Based on the dialectic relation between politics and management, political philosophy, which focuses on the dominant character of the relation between man and man, reflects on the fundamental issues of ＂why to control＂ and ＂how to control＂. Management philosophy, focusing on the direct collaborative relation between man and man, reflects on the fundamental issues of ＂why to collaborate＂ and ＂how to collaborate＂. Since politics and management penetrate each other, political philosophy and management philosophy penetrate each other in the reflections on deep reasons of dominance or collaboration, value conception and natural pursuit.
