摘要
对广西849名大学生(其中女大学生584人)进行问卷测验,着重研究广西高校女大学生的人际交往能力、社会性别态度、就业归因对就业预期的影响,结果表明:1.女大学生的就业预期比男大学生低。低年级的女大学生比高年级的更倾向于就业内部归因,同时就业预期也要高。2.就业归因与就业预期存在正相关;性别态度与人际交往能力和就业预期均存在负相关;而人际交往能力与就业归因和就业预期均存在正相关。3.女大学生就业预期同时受就业归因、人际能力、性别态度(负向)3个因素的影响。就业归因越倾向于内部归因、人际能力越高,性别态度越倾向于中性化,女大学生的就业预期越高,反之女大学生的就业预期越低。
A questionnaire investigation is carried out to test 849 university students (584 female university students) in Guangxi, to study the influence of female students' interpersonal skill, their social gender attitude and the employment attribution on their employment expectation. The results are as follows. 1. The female students' employment expectation is lower than the male students'. Low-grade female students are more declined to the employment interior attribution and have higher employment expectation than high-grade students. 2. The employment attribution is positively correlated with the employment expectation; gender attitude has the negative correlation with interpersonal skill and the employment expectation;hut human interpersonal skill is positively correlated with the employment attribution and employment expectation. 3. Meanwhile, the female students' employment expectation has the negative effect on employment attribution, interpersonal skill and gender attitude. The more the employment attribution declines to interior attribution and the higher the interpersonal skill is, the more the gender attitude declines to neutral and the higher the employment expectation is; on the contrary, female students' employment expectation is lower.
