摘要
我国教育市场经历了20多年的发展,规模巨大并逐渐成熟。但在教育市场的发展过程中,呈现出缺少经营化发展方式的缺陷性特点。作为教育经营者,在确立教育经营概念的基础上,应深入分析教育经营中的产品经营方式、资产经营方式、资本经营方式、扩张经营方式以及效益经营方式等,以探索符合教育市场发展规律的经营方式。
China's education market has experienced more than 20 years of development. It is huge and has gradually matured. However, the education market in its own development process shows the defective characteristics of the lack of business - oriented approach to development. Therefore, as an educational worker, in establishing the basis of the managing concept of education, should analyze the mode of product management, the mode of assets management, the mode of capital management, the mode of expansion operation and the mode of effectiveness management in depth, in order to explore the mode of business operation in line with the law of development of education market.
