摘要
目的:提高宜昌市不同等级医院急救护理水平,满足当地急救需求。方法:通过制定不同等级医院急救护理培训内容、时间、方式及考核标准,对我市10所医院的150名急诊护士实行分层次、分级别、分阶段培训。结果:按计划进行分层培训考核,一、二、三级医院共150名护士急救护理技能培训前后平均分比效(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:采用分层次、分级别、分阶段培训模式,可达到不同等级医院的急诊护士全员培训的目的,提高整体急救护理水平,确保临床需求。
Objective:To improve the ability of emergency nursing and accommodate the need for emergency unit of different grade hospital in Yichang City. Method: 150 emergency nurses of ten hospitals with different level, grad and phase were trained with different training content, time, method and assessment standards. Result:Stratified training assessment as planned, the first, second, third-level hospital of examination results reached training objectives. Conclusion: With different levels, sub level, structured training mode, all emergency nurses can reach the training purpose,overall level of emergency care were increased to satisfy the clinical demand.
