摘要
针对XW11S-100×4000三辊卷板机齿轮淬火热处理出现的缺陷问题,该文分析了产生淬火缺陷的主要原因,提出了减少和防止热处理缺陷的主要措施,介绍了齿轮淬火介质的选用及表面热处理轮齿的失效。
The flaws of heat treatment of gears of XW11S-100×4000 3-roll sheet-bending unit and the reasons are discussed. Preventive actions are suggested. The media for quenching gears and the types of gear failures are introduced.
