摘要
成功教学意在激发学生的潜能,追求学生自身基础上的最大发展,通过教学的改善,使学生不断获得多方面的成功。教学的成功需要教师对学生寄予一定的积极期望。该文说明了"期望效应"及其对学生的心理产生的作用,同时指出了教学中教师对学生积极期望的具体实施。
The success of teaching is intended to stimulate the potential of students and pursue the greatest development of students. The improvement of teaching enables students to gain a wide range of successes. In successful teaching, teachers should have positive expectations on their students. The article explains the ＂expectations effect＂ and its implications and the measures to get the effect.
