论大学文化育人的目标及其实现——兼论多校区大学文化育人目标的实现

大学文化以育人为己任,育人是大学文化的最终目标和核心目标。大学文化建设中,要以物质层面、精神层面文化建设为基础,在发展特色文化、多元文化的基础上使学校师生达到文化认同,最终形成合力,实现育人目标。多校区高校大学文化在实现此过程中,具有一定的特殊性,与普通大学在途径上有一定分别,但最终殊途同归,完成共同的育人目标。

In the construction of a university culture, material and mental civilizations are of its cornerstones. On the base of the development of the characteristic culture and diversified culture, it is necessary to attain a goal of among teachers and students of a university, thus forming a integrated stregnth for realizing cultural approbation the goal of talent cultivation. A multi-campus university has its particularity. It is different from conprehensive university. However, they will reach the same goal by different means.
