摘要
目的:从镇咳,对出血、凝血时间的影响探讨川芎地上部分药效学作用,并进行安全性评价,为川芎地上部分资源和药用开发奠定基础。方法:通过小鼠最大耐受量测定法进行川芎地上部分的急性毒性研究,采用浓氨水引咳法、剪尾法、小鼠内眦球后静脉丛取血法对川芎地上部分镇咳、对出血、凝血时间影响的药效进行评价。结果:川芎地上部分小鼠最大耐受量为84 g/kg,为川芎成人每日用量的560倍,且7天内均未出现中毒和死亡现象。川芎地上部分水煎液高剂量组对剪尾后的小鼠出血时间有明显的延长作用(P<0.05)。川芎地上部分水煎液高剂量组、低剂量组均对通过小鼠内眦球后静脉丛取血法所取小鼠的血液的凝血时间有明显的延长作用(P<0.05)。川芎地上部分水煎液中剂量组对通过小鼠内眦球后静脉丛取血法所取小鼠的血液的凝血时间有显著的延长作用(P<0.01)。川芎地上部分水煎液高剂量组能显著延长氨水致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.01),中剂量组能明显延长氨水致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.05)。川芎地上部分水煎液高剂量组、中剂量组能明显减少小鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.05)。结论:川芎地上部分具有较好的镇咳、延长小鼠出血凝血时间的作用,且安全性强,毒性小。川芎地上部分具有一定的药用价值。
Objective: To establish the foundation for the development of the overground parts of chuanxiong. Methods: In this investigation, the maximal tolerated dose are determined on mice acute toxicity of the overground parts of chuanxiong, the antitussivc effect determined by thick ammonia solution induced tussis model on mice, the influence on hemorrhage and cruor on mice and esti- mate the security via mensure the time of form of thrombus on mice. Results: The results showed that the maximal tolerated dose of overground parts of chuanxiong on mice was 84 g/kg, 560 times of human usual dose. There was no death or intoxication of mice treated with the overground parts of chuanxiong during the 7 d of observation. It can prolong cough incubation period caused by thick ammonia on mice significantly, reduce cough times. It also can promoting blood to stanch bleeding. Conclusion: The medicinal value of overground parts of chuanxiong need to further study.
