益肾蠲痹液离子导入治疗骨性关节炎的实验研究

THE TREATMENT OF OSTEOARTHRITIS BY “YISHEN JUANBI YE” IONINTRODUCTION THERAPY: An Experimental Study

采用Ｇｏｌｏｍｂｏ－Ｅ手术方法造模，建立兔膝关节骨关节炎模型，对中药益肾蠲痹液离子导入法的治疗作用和疗效进行了实验观察。实验设实验组和对照组，每组用新西兰兔１５只。通过对实验动物膝关节活动情况、关节液检测、Ｘ线摄片和大体标本的观察，以及关节软骨组织细胞的光镜及透视电镜观察。结果显示，实验组临床改变、实验室检查及软骨组织修复等方面均明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明中药电离子导入治疗骨性关节软骨病变具有良好的作用。

An experimental observation was made on the therapeutic effect of “YISHEN JUANBI YE” (a TCD preparation) ionintroduction therapy on rabbit models of knee osteoarthritis made by GolomboE operation. Thirty New Zealand rabbits were divided into two groups: the experimental and the control, 15 for each group. The observed items included: knee activity, joint fluid detection, roentgenographs, gross specimens, optical and electron microscopy of the tissues and cells of articular cartilage. The results showed that the experimental group had a significant advantage over the control in clinical changes, laboratory examinations, cartilage tissue repair, and so on (P < 0.001 or P < 0.01), suggesting that this therapy has a good therapeutic effect on bony articular cartilage lesions.
