摘要
结合实例介绍了核磁共振氢谱在有机化学综合实验中的应用。通过让学生自行设计实验并将实验课上制备的产物用核磁共振氢谱进行表征,提高了大中型仪器在实验教学上的使用率。初步做到了波谱理论与有机化学实验的结合,对培养学生的科研意识和综合素质,提高教学质量有一定意义。
This paper introduces the application of ^1H NMR spectrum in the organic chemical comprehensive experiment based on the lab practice. The products that students have designed and synthesized are characterized by ^1H NMR spectrum, which has enhanced the utilization ratio of large and middle apparatus in the experimental teaching. It is a combination of spectrum theory and organic chemistry and a helpful platform to cultivate the students' scientific and comprehensive abilities, which is beneficial to improving the quality of teaching.
