介绍了地方本科院校在经费有限的情况下电子科技创新实验室的建设思路。通过资源共享建设硬件平台,搭建创新实践课程体系,制定完善的管理制度,实行灵活的开放形式和多样化的开放内容,建立了适合地方本科院校学生创新实践的体系,探索了一种地方院校应用型人才培养的模式。经过四年多的实践,创新实验室开放运行效果显著,培育了一批标志性的成果,全校学生实践能力培养上了一个新台阶。

This paper discusses the construction of electronic technology innovation laboratory with the limited funds. Constructing hardware platform by resource sharing, building innovative practical courses system, planning perfect management system, implementing flexible open form and diversified open content, an innovative practical system which suits the local university students is established, and a mode of developing applied talents in local university is also explored. After more than four years of practice, the effect of the running open of innovation laboratory is remarkable, and a set of representative results is developed. The practical abilities development of all school students has stepped into a new stage.
