Expand the Rural Market and Innovate the Circulation System

深化农村流通体制改革是实现中国农村经济社会发展与农业现代化的重要推动力。从农村市场流通体制目前存在的问题着手分析,进而从市场建设及政府宏观调控两个方面提出创新流通体制的对策措施,建立健全农村流通政策支持体系,提高农村市场主体组织化程度。

The reform of the rural circulation is an important impetus to achieve China＇s rural economic development and also the modernization of agriculture. This article analyzes the current problems on the rural circulation areas, then proposing the corresponding measures from two aspects, as the market building and the government＇s macroeconomic regulation and control, finally, promoting the government to establish a perfect supporting system of circulation policy which is to improve the organization degree of rural market main body.
