We summed up the international experience of medical aid about poverty-stricken people in rural areas from four main heads, which are the perfect legal system, the strict qualification examination, the available medical service and the sufficient capital. In this connection, we can follow the experience of.other countries： the adequate relief funds is a basis, an accurate screening the relief object is the key, a sound legal system is the guarantee, the available medical service is the essence, implement the government＇s responsibility is the prerequisite.
