毛南族人口发展面临的问题与对策探析

Analysis on the Problems of the Population Development of Maonan Ethnic Group and its Countermeasures

20世纪80年代以来毛南族地区实施的计划生育政策卓有成效,人口增长速度逐渐降低,人口对土地资源的压力得到缓解。但与此同时,人口控制的一些负面影响接踵而至,人口老龄化、性别比偏高等人口结构失衡所引发的矛盾逐渐显现并将在未来更加突出。人口文化素质低、就业结构单一等问题,也将使毛南族地区经济社会发展面临巨大障碍。及早采取相应的对策和措施,对于促进毛南族地区的人口、经济与社会的协调与可持续发展,具有重要的现实意义。

Since the 1980s, the family planning policy carried out by Maonan people has been very effective, the growth rate of its population has become lower, and the pressure of has been eased. However, some side effects of population control have been a populati ppeared on on land resource , such as the aged tendency of population, the higher sex ratio and som other problems caused by the unbalance of population structure. The ecomomic social development of Maonan ethnic group also faces some other problems such as the low quality of its population and the lack of variety in occupational pattern. It is of great practical meanning to carry out some relevant measures to inhence the harmony of population, economy and society and maintain its sustainable development.
