It＇ s foremost to bring the conservation society into full play on the conserving and rebuilding intangible cultural heritage in earthquake stricken area, i. e. , giving full play to the leading role of the government; establishing and strengthening conservation workforces; reinforcing public cultural and sports facilities ; fostering and ensuring the transmission of intangible cultural heritage to the younger generations; arousing the initiative of society and masses. And the same time, guided by the scientific concept of development, various works should be carried out smoothly so as to rebuilding the spirit homeland of people of all ethnic groups in earthquake stricken area.
