辊套断裂原因分析

Analysis on the Cause of Roll Shell Fracture

本文采用化学分析、力学性能、金相组织、断口分析等方法研究了辊套的断裂行为。结果表明,辊套断裂是由于氢脆造成,辊套失效与材料缺陷及热处理工艺不良有关。

Chemlcal analysis, mechanical property tests, metallographic structure observation and fracture analysis are conducted to investigate the cause of roll shell＇s fracture. The result shows that it is hydrogen embrittlement which causes the fracture and material defect and improper heat treatment are in volved in the failure of the roll shell.
