摘要
随着国内外钛合金材料的发展,钛材在舰船挠性联轴器设备上的应用也越来越广泛。本文以膜盘及筒形联轴器为例,分析了挠性联轴器采用钛合金材料的原因,以及加工中应注意的问题,同时剖析了挠性联轴器发展对钛合金材料的需求及存在的问题,为今后钛合金材料在舰船挠性联轴器上的应用提供一些建议和参考。
With the development at home and abroad, titanium alloy find more and more use in ship flexible coupling for its outstanding properties. In this paper, the diaphragm and cylinder type coupling were used as an example to analyze the advantage of titanium alloy as the material of flexible coupling, covering some cautions for machining. The needs of titanium alloy in development of flexible coupling and the existent problem are also proposed.
