HPLC法测定非诺贝特软胶囊的有关物质及含量

Determination of Fenofibrate Soft Capsules by HPLC Method

采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定非诺贝特软胶囊的有关物质及含量，用C18色谱柱（Inertsil ODS-3 5μm，4．6mm×150mm），以水-乙腈（30：70）（v／v）磷酸调节PH2．5为流动相，紫外检测波长为286nm；线性范围40．7～407．1ug·mL^-1（r=0．9999）；平均回收率为99．8％，RSD=0．3％；检测限为0．4ng．结果表明本法具有操作简便，快速准确，干扰小等优点．

A HPLC m C18 column （Inertsil and acetonitrile （30 ： ethod was established for the determination of fenofibrate in the soft capsules. A ODS-35 μm, 4.6 mm × 150 mm） was used. The mobile phase was distilled water 70） adjusted to PH 2.5 with phosphoric acid. The wavelength of detector was 286nm,The standard curve was a linear curve in the concentration range from 40.7 to 407.1 ug · mL^-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 99.8% ,with RSD 0.3%o ,the detected limit 0.4 ng. The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
