摘要
电压基准是提供一个精确的输出电压,作为电路系统或负载的精确参考电压,因而称其为基准。在测量仪表中,模拟信号和数字信号的相互转化就需要满足精度要求的电压基准。本文从实际应用的角度介绍了电压基准的种类、特点及其主要技术参数,选用电压基准的方法和注意事项。
The voltage reference can supply an accurate voltage for system or load as a reference. It is necessary in the analog to digital convert in the measuring system. This paper provides the key parameters about voltage reference and will descript how to choose it.
