摘要
现场浮箍失效在近期常有发生,使水泥浆倒流、封固段缩短、水泥塞增高,严重影响了固井质量,增加了钻井成本。为改变当前浮箍失效的状况,对浮箍失效的原因进行了深入分析,在保证密封体与密封座吻合的前提下,设计上尽可能扩展浆体的过流间隙,适当提高密封体的自由度,增强浮箍对阻卡物的释放能力。所研制出的"碰压自锁水泥塞控制器"解决了固井水泥塞控制技术的一大难题,能克服浮箍失效的后期隐患,可防止"水泥浆替空"和"水泥浆倒流",达到了提高固井质量的目的。
Float collar failures often occur recently during field operations,which have caused reverse flow of cement slurry,the shortened cementing length,and the increased height of cement plug,resulting in bad cementing quality and a high drilling cost.Therefore,an in-depth study was performed focusing on the causes of float collar failures,the slurry flow space of the cementing plug was enlarged in design to the maximum under the well-attached condition between the sealing body and the sealing seat,the sealing body was properly set free,the float collar was strengthened to release the stuck,finally a controller for self-bumping-locking cementing plug was then developed to solve the biggest trouble in cementing plug control.Good results from application show that this controller eliminates potential hazards following float collar failures,and avoids complete displacement and reverse flow of cement slurry,thus to improve the cementing quality.
