摘要
水平定向钻进是应用最广泛的一种非开挖技术,但砂卵砾石地层却被世界同行公认为水平定向钻进施工的禁区,到目前为止,还没有见到在砂卵砾石地层成功应用水平定向钻进技术的报道。为此,通过对常用的隔离技术进行理论分析,研发了"人造岩体"隔离技术,寻找到了在砂卵砾石地层成功应用水平定向钻进技术的解决途径。工程实例应用结果表明,该技术成功地解决了水平定向钻进穿越砂卵砾石地层无法成孔的问题,为定向钻进施工工序的有序进行提供了保证。该技术的成功应用拓宽了水平定向钻进技术的应用领域。
Although horizontal directional drilling is one of the most widely applied trenchless technologies,pipe-laying construction through sand gravel strata is still regarded as its forbidden area by the peers in the world,so there is still no success in this area for any company at present.Therefore,through theoretical analysis on the commonly used isolation technology,a technology of 'imitative rock mass' was developed to isolate the sand gravel strata in construction.After many practices in pipe-laying construction,this technology has been proved to successfully help direction hole drilling and multiple back-reaming to be executed smoothly through sand gravel strata.The successful application of this technology also widens the area of horizontal direction drilling.
