摘要
目前我国焦炉煤气的主要用途是作为工业和民用燃料,其中宝贵的氢气资源没能得到合理利用。为此,结合炼焦企业、氢气产品用户与燃气企业各自需求实际,因地制宜地提出了一种高效合理利用焦炉煤气的新工艺:分离提纯焦炉煤气中的氢气组分,以提高其附加值;将剩余的解吸气体等进行调配,生产符合国标要求的代天然气产品供应城市燃气管网,实现低值产品的高值利用。通过对传统焦炉煤气制氢工艺的优化,采取跨行业联合、梯级对口利用模式,使得各种工况条件下,能源价值能够得到最大化利用。该工艺可直接用于工程实际。
The main usage of coke-oven gas is now for either industrial or domestic fuel in China,but the valuable hydrogen gas within can not be utilized reasonably.Therefore,in view of different requirements for hydrogen use among coking enterprises,hydrogen users and gas companies,a new technology of coke-oven gas utilization with high efficiency was developed.In this new technology,the component of hydrogen was able to be separated and purified from coke-oven gas to promote its additional value,and then the left desorption gas from pressure swing adsorption was formulated into a kind of substitute natural gas that accords with the Chinese national standard,thus to supply for urban gas pipeline system,achieving a higher value application of low-value products.By optimizing the traditional technology of hydrogen-generation from coke-oven gas,this new technology makes full use of energy to largest degree under all kinds of working conditions,and helps the related companies with different needs for hydrogen use to obtain a higher profit and help the government to promote the reasonable use of energy resources.
