抗原诱导的人CTL细胞活性的实验研究

Study of activity of CTL from human umbilical cord blood cells induced by tumor antigen

目的:探讨观察所提抗原及其对人脐血细胞(CTL)诱导的特异性抗肿瘤作用。方法:用密度梯度离心法提取人肿瘤抗原,并测定诱导的人脐血细胞CTL活性。结果:小肠纤维肉瘤Ag诱导4d后,不同效价实验组CTL活性均有升高,效价为1∶100的抗原诱导的CTL活性最强。乳腺癌抗原诱导8d后,效价1∶100实验组CTL活性显著提高。结论:所提两种抗原效果良好,可明显诱导脐血CTL活性,以效价1∶100实验组最佳。

Objective To observe the specific antitumor effect of the CTL （cytotoxic T lymphocyte） from cord blood cells which was induced by the extracted antigen. Method The activity of CTL induced by the tumor antigen was detected, and tumor antigen was extracted by the density gradient centrifugation through the 3H - TdR incorporation test. Results CTL induced by the antigen titer of 1 ： 100 had the stronger killing activity. Conclusion The extracted antigen is effective and can enhance the activity of the induced CTL.
