腹股沟疝109例无张力修补术临床有效运用研究

Tension-free repair for 109 cases of inguincol hernia

目的:探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术术式个体化选择、补片大小、人造可吸收线固定补片可行性。方式:2003年2月～2006年3月对109例腹股沟疝个体化治疗临床疗效进行分析总结。电话随访,时间术后12～24个月,中位时间16个月。结果:术后阴囊水肿8例,手术区不适感3例,无切口感染、无术后疝复发。结论:腹股沟无张力修补术具体操作有待进一步论证。

Objective To explore the feasibifity of individual choice in operation, patch size and synthetic absorbable mesh in tension - free repair for inguinal hernia. Method Individial treatment of 109 cases with inguinal hernia from february 2003 to March 2006 was analyzed and summaried. Telephone follow -up time was 12 -24 months, with a median time of 16 months. Results Eight cases of postoperative scrotal edema ,3 cases of discomfort in surgical zone, no incision infection or postoperative recurrence of hernia. Conclusion The concrete operation of tension - free repair for inguinal hernia should be further argued.
