摘要 制备了壳聚糖/CdS复合粒子,系统地研究了不同工艺条件、复合粒子用量、染料初始质量浓度、pH值和无机盐等对直接绿28脱色效果的影响,并考察了复合粒子的重复使用效果.结果表明:直接绿28的光解脱色速率随染料起始质量浓度的增加而降低;复合粒子质量浓度为1 g/L时可以达到较好的光催化脱色效果;pH值3.2时,光催化脱色效果最好;在所考察的几种无机盐离子(Cl-、Br-、NO3-、SO42-和NO2-)中,Br-的抑制作用最显著,NO2-对染料的光催化脱色稍有促进;复合粒子有较高的重复利用性. Chitosan-supported CdS composite particles were prepared successfully. The influences of different experimental conditions, dosage of composite particles, the initial concentration of dye, pH value and inorganic salts on the decolorization result were investigated. The effect of recycle and reuse of the composite particles was also investigated. The results showed that the photocatalytic decolorization rates of Direct Green 28 decreased with the increase of initial dye concentration. Good photocatalytic decolorization result could be obtained under 1 g/L of composite particles. The optimal photocatalytic decolorization result was obtained at pH 3.2. Among the inorganic anions examined (Cl-,Br-,NQ-,SO42- and NO2-), Br-has the strongest inhibition effect on dye decolorization, while NO2- has slight accelerating effect. The catalyst could be recycled and reused with relatively high degree.
