摘要
对酸性染料在卷染、轧染和溢流染等不同染色方法时染色残液回用及染料回收问题进行了探讨,提出了相应的残液回用及染料回收实施方案:在做好基础工作的前提下,酸性染料卷染染色残液可以续缸回用;轧染、溢流和卷染末缸染色残液可以采用混凝沉淀法进行脱色回收.
The problems of dyeing residue reclaim and dye recycle in different acid dyestuff dyeing methods including jig dyeing, pad dyeing and overflow dyeing dyeing residues were discussed. The corresponding plan of dyeing residue reclaim and dyestuff recycle were put forward. On the basis of groundwork, the acid dyeing residue of jig dyeing could be successive vat reclaimed. The dyeing residues of pad dyeing, over flow and the end vat of jig dyeing could be decolorized and recycled by coagulant sedimentation.
