摘要
基于克林根贝格螺旋锥齿轮传动的结构特点和几何参数的设计理论,结合现有软件的功能特点,在Visual Basic平台上开发了克林根贝格螺旋锥齿轮计算机辅助设计系统,并在Microsoft Excel环境下输出结果。实际应用结果表明,该系统不仅能缩短设计计算周期,减轻繁重的计算工作量,还能保证各设计参数的正确性和合理性,极大地提高了设计效率。
Based on the structural characteristics and geometric parameters design theory of Klingenberg spiral bevel gear transmission, and combined the features of existing software, the Klingelnberg Cyclo-Palloid spiral bevel gear parametric design system is developed in the Visual Basic platform, and the results are exported in Microsoft Excel The practical application results show that the system can not only shorten the design cycle and reduce the calculation of the heavy workload, but also ensure the correctness and rationality of all design parameters. The design efficiency is greatly improved as well.
