An integrated system of reducing temperature and noise is designed, which has some.functions, such as collecting heat, isolating noise, exhausting heat and eliminating noise. The device effectively isolates the electrical noise, collects the distributing heat and exhausts the collecting heat through a muffler outdoor by a small fan.
