摘要
结合平煤五矿冷水型矿井降温系统,以热力学为基础,运用能量法分析该降温系统运行的经济性。分析结果表明,冷冻水供冷管道冷量损失最大,占总制冷量的18.87%,管道保温层外表面有冷凝水析出,增大空气与保温层外表面的对流换热。空气调节过程中,空冷器有较大水量析出,除湿消耗的冷量占空冷器放冷量的74%,降温消耗的冷量占26%(煤矿井下环境相对湿度为90%~98%)。研究成果对降温系统改造提供了依据。
The economical operation of the cold-water mine cooling system, which is combined with No.5 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Group, is analyzed by using the energy analyzed method based on thermodynamics. The result indicates that the most loss of refrigeration located at the cooling-jacket, takes 18.87% percents in the whole refrigeration. Condensation precipitates out- side the cooling-jacket enlarging the convective heat-exchange between air and heatproof surface. Lots of water separates out at the air-cooler in the process of air condition. The energy of refrigera- tion for dehumidify takes 74% percents in the whole refrigeration released by air-cooler, and the energy for cooling takes 26% percents.(The relative humidity under mine is 90% - 98% ).The research achievements can provide a basis for the alteration of the refrigeration system.
