摘要
菜心采后易于发生切口腐烂和叶片黄化等现象,货架期很短。探讨了采前6 h用新型抗病诱导剂苯并噻重氮(BTH)喷施对常温贮藏菜心的保鲜效果。与对照相比,BTH处理降低了茎部切口腐烂指数、黄叶率、失重率和细胞膜透性,提高了茎部的硬度。试验结果表明,使用BTH处理后提高了菜心的抗病性和新鲜度,BTH浓度为1、5、50 mg/L时,以5mg/L处理增强菜心耐贮性的效果最好。
Harvested Chinese flowering cabbage was susceptible to stem-cut decay and leaf yellowing and thus had a short shelf-life. The effect of a new type of plant disease resistance inducer benzothiadiazole (BTH) applied 6 h before harvest on storability of Chinese flowering cabbage was investigated. Compared with the control, BTH treatment reduced stem-cut decay index, yellow-leaf rate, weight-loss percentage, and celt membrane permeability, and increased stem firmness. These results indicated that BTH enhanced disease resistance and freshness of Chinese flowering cabbage. Among the 3 concentration of BTH, namely, 1 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 50 mg/L, treatment with 5 mg/L produced best results in enhancing storability.
