气相色谱法测定糙米中11种有机磷农药残留 被引量:3

摘要 建立了测定糙米中有机磷农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法,即样品采用乙腈超声提取、浓缩,采用丙酮定容,应用气相色谱法进行定量分析。测定结果显示:11种有机磷农药的检出限为0.004~0.010 mg/kg;在0.02~0.50 mg/kg加标情况下,11种有机磷农药的平均回收率(n=3)为75.5%~110.1%,相对标准偏差为1.22%~5.00%。该方法具有简单、快速,准确、灵敏、重现性好的特点,适合糙米中有机磷农药残留量的分析。 A method was developed for detecting eleven organophosphorus pesticides in brown rice. The residues of pesticides were extracted from sampleswith acetonitrile, concentrated and fixed with acetone and detected by gas capillary chromatography with FPD detector. Results showed that the minimum detection limits ranged were 0.004-0.010 mg/kg. When fortified level ranged from 0.02-0.50 mg/kg, the recoveries were found 75.5%-110.1%, with RSD ranged from 1.22% to 5.00% in brown rice. The method was rapid, practical and up to the request of multi-residues determination.
