基于均方差决策分析法的土地集约利用评价研究——以安化县为例

Evaluation of land intensive use based on mean square difference method——A case study of Anhua county

从土地利用强度、内部经济效益、社会生态效益及投入情况4个方面构建土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用均方差决策分析法,对安化县的土地集约利用情况进行评价分析,结论显示近几年来安化县的土地利用已由初等集约水平逐步过渡到中等集约水平,土地利用状况有所改善,但土地使用粗放的现象仍然比较严重。最后对促进该县的土地集约利用提出了针对性的建议。

The evaluation system was built from four aspects of the land-use intensity, the internal economic, social and ecological benefits and the input situation, using both the variance in decision-making analysis, to analyze the land intensive utilization of Anhua. The results revealed that the land-use of Anhua had been gradually transit from the level of intensive elementary to middle-intensive in the past few years, which had been improved a little, but the extensive land-use situation was still serious. Finally, some corresponding suggestions were given to promote the county＇s intensive use of land.
