原油在天然表面活性剂的作用下,与水形成稳定的乳化液。原油破乳脱水对原油的输送、加工、储存具有重大意义。文章讨论了原油乳化液稳定的原因、表面活性剂的两亲结构、破乳剂作用机理及选用,并阐述了破乳剂最新的研究进展。
Crude oil will form a stable emulsion with water under the effect of surfactants. Demulsification and dehydration of crude oil is of great importance for oil delivery, processing, and storage. The factors for the stability of crude oil emulsion, surfactant amphiphilic structure, and the working mechanisms and selection of demulsifiers are discussed, and the latest development of demulsifiers is described.
