湘西北地区新农村建设的问题分析与对策思考——以湖南省石门县蒙泉镇为例

Northwestern areas' new rural construction's analysis and countermeasures in Hunan——take the mengquan town in Shimen County, Hunan Province for example

湖南省石门县蒙泉镇素有"石门粮仓"、"桔都""石膏之乡"之称,蕴藏着巨大的发展潜力。在国家大力开展新农村建设,解决"三农"问题的时代背景下,通过对蒙泉镇实地调研,从基础设施、村容村貌、产业结构、资源开发、社区文化建设等5个方面分析存在的主要问题,并提出对策思考。

Mengquan town in Changde City, Hunan Province has been called the ＂Shihmen＇s granary ＂, ＂orange capital＂ ＂Gypsum Town＂, there is of a huge potential for development. With the baekgroud of our country develop the new rural evolution and solve the ＂Agriculture,Countryside and Farm issues＂ , the author went to the Mengchuan town to research the real situation, from five aspects of infrastructure, the village＇s appearance, industrial structure, resources development,the community＇s cultural development to analyse the main problems and proposed
