摘要
介绍了制氢转化炉炉管结构和转化炉炉管材料的发展与选用情况。冷壁集合管结构较热壁集合管具有明显优势,HP-40Nb由于具有高温蠕变断裂强度和高温韧性,是目前制氢转化炉使用较多的材料。炉管冶炼工艺、离心浇铸工艺、机械加工精度、焊接质量、检测工艺是保证转化炉质量管重要措施。
The construction of reforming furnace tubes and the development and selection of tube materials are introduced. The cold - walled construction of the manifold has an obvious advantage. The HP - 40Nb, which offers high - temperature creep strength and fracture toughness of high temperature, is widely used for reforming furnace tubes of hydrogen generation plant. The melting technology, the centrifugal casting process, precision machining, welding quality and testing process are important measures to ensure the quality of furnace tubes.
