摘要
文章分析了某炼油厂制氢装置水分器三通的腐蚀开裂原因,认为在高温工况时,失效构件的高温水蒸气腐蚀诱发的应力腐蚀占主导地位,冲刷和气蚀及二氧化碳腐蚀起促进作用;在低温工况时,氢致开裂占主导地位,进一步使裂纹扩展直至开裂。通过工艺流程优化,彻底消除了该部位存在的腐蚀开裂隐患。
The causes of corrosion cracking of tees on the water separator in the hydrogen generation plant of a refinery was analyzed. It was concluded that the culprit of corrosion cracking is the stress corrosion induced by high - temperature steam corrosion under high- temperature operating conditions, which was aggravated by impingement, erosion and carbon dioxide eorroaion. At the low - temperature operating conditions, the cracking was mainly the hydrogen induced cracking ( HIC ), which developed to cracking failure. The optimization of process flow has eliminated the potential risks of cracking failure of tees.
