土地问题是中国农村问题的核心,而人地矛盾又是制约我国农村经济发展的根本性矛盾,因此,中国为解决人地矛盾进行了一系列土地制度改革。根据西方发达国家的经验和我国的现实国情,明晰土地产权和规模化经营是解决人地矛盾的主要手段。我国可以通过完善土地流转解决紧张的人地矛盾。

Land issues are the key of Chinese rural issues, and Man and Land Contradiction is the fundamental contradiction which restricts our country＇s rural economy development, therefore, China make a series of reforms in land institution for solving Man and Land Contradiction. According to the experience of western developed countries and the realistic national condition of our country, clearly defined land property right and formula management are the best methods to solve Man and Land Contradiction. Our country should solve the serious Man and Land Contradiction by improving rural land＇s transaction system.
