心理治疗对神经性皮炎的辅助治疗作用

Accessorial effects of integrated psychological therapy on neurodermatitis

目的:探讨综合心理治疗对神经性皮炎的辅助作用。方法:100例神经性皮炎患者分成治疗组和对照组,两组患者均外涂氟轻松软膏,治疗组同时进行心理治疗。观察两组痊愈率及复发率。结果:治疗组与对照组痊愈率分别为80.0%和50.0%,痊愈后的复发率分别为12.5%和44.0%,治疗组疗效显著好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:综合心理治疗可提高神经性皮炎的痊愈率,降低复发率。

Objective：To explore effects of psychological therapy on neurodermatitis.Method：100 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of patients are treated with fluoride ointment,but the treatment group plus integrated psychological therapy.The cure rate and relapse rate were assessed in the two groups.Results：The treatment group showed a cure rate of 80% ,and a relapse rate of 12.5% ,while the control group 50% and 44% respectively,which indicated thatthecurative effect of treatment group surpassed that of control group. Conclusion： The integrated psychotherapy can improve the cure rate and reduce the relapse rate in the treatment of neurodermatitis.
