一种微型无刷直流电机控制器的设计

摘要 针对小功率无刷直流电动机对其控制器体积小、调试方便、性价比高方面的要求,设计了可实现电流、转度双闭环控制的稀土永磁无刷直流电机微型控制器电路。主要通过器件选型和速度采样电路设计的方法,对功率电路和速度闭环电路进行精简优化。该控制器结构简单紧凑,运行稳定,完全满足设计要求。 For small-sized power brushless DC motor controller needs of small and debugging easier, cost-effective features,This paper has designed to achieve a current,dual-degree turn closed-loop control of rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor micro-controller. Through the selection of devices and sampling speed circuit design, power and speed of the circuit closed-loop circuit was optimized to streamline. The controller was simple and compact structure, the stability of the experimental operation.
