摘要
目的:评价电子束CT模拟内镜探查猪息肉模型的敏感性。材料和方法:取长15cm—25cm的猪结肠制做3mm、7mm、10mm直径大小的息肉模型;分别使结肠纵轴与扫描架成0,45和90进行扫描,评价二维和三维图象显示息肉的敏感性。结果:10mm直径的息肉三维图象和二维图象均能清晰显示,3mm直径息肉三维较二维显示更清晰(P<0.05)。
Purpose:To evaluate the detectability of simulated polyps in the pig colon with electron beam tomography(EBCT) virtual colography.Materials and methods:Four sections of pig colon were resected and cleaned.Polyps with diameters of 3,7,and 10 mm were created with collimation of 3mm and 6 mm at angles of 0,45,and 90 to the gantry.The initial two-dimensional(2D)images and three-dimensional(3D)virtual colography were generated.Polyp conspicuity on the initial 2D images and the 3D reconstructions were evaluated.Results:The 10mm diameter polyps were clearly depicted on every initial 2D and 3D reconstruction images without any regard to collimation.The 3mm diameter polyps were depicted more clearly with 3D than 2D reconstructed images.Conclusion:CT virtual colography helped the detection of small mucosal polyps.
